This accessory dwelling unit (ADU) project is currently underway and progressing smoothly. So far, our team has completed key structural milestones, including a solid new foundation, full framing, underground plumbing, and roofing installation. Each phase has been executed with precision, meeting all current building codes and project timelines. As we move forward, we're focused on maintaining quality craftsmanship while preparing for the next stages of rough-in inspections and exterior finishes.
